I just wanted to let Brian know that the AC is working great. We used to keep it on 70 to keep it cool in the apartment. We now keep it on 73 and it is just as cool. This should save us on electric bill. I will update you later in the year. Thank you again for taking care of this.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Everything is top notch, never had any issues. The leasing office staff (specifically Laura and Callie) are AWESOME. So personable and helpful. Maintenance here is quick and accurate. The grounds are always kept well and clean. My apartment is the perfect amount of space and I am highly satisfied with every aspect of it. Truly an awesome complex with awesome people.

I placed a service call on 3/6 to repair my vertical blinds. The service technician came within a few hours.I am sorry I dont know who it was because I cant read the signature :). I am pleased with the response time and my blinds look great!

we are a senior couple that relocated from Pa, Safety bars for both bathrooms requested next day response, installed, thank you Brian,.Air conditioning glitch received immediate attention. A sliding shower head was installed because my wife must sit to shower,then Toby noticed aTV malfunction and fixed it in a few minutes. Service at its best!!! Brian and Toby are great!!!

Everything is great except when i moved in they said they inspected the apartment but half the lights in the apartment didnt work and the fan was broke the blinds had stains on them and the microwave only has a few buttons that work. However Maintenance is very fast and efficient you just have to request it and they come right away! So all issues were resolved same day i requested. Overall nice apartment

Great staff, very responsive. They work hard to keep the property nice. The pool nights, movie nights, etc. are a nice plus provided by the staff.

I received a phone call first to inquire about the best time for service, to replace seals on my kitchen faucet. While the work was being done, I mentioned that I had previously discussed an inoperable garbage disposal, and after being unable to repair the disposal, it was replaced within only about 30 minutes. Very happy with the service.

Had an issue with above neighbor littering my patio Raymond Blackney came in and did a great job cleaning my patio for me.Tyvm job well done

I spoke with Cali and she was very friendly and made me feel like she really wanted me to become a resident. I called around to multiple apartments and she was the only one that made me feel like I wasn't interrupting her and she genuinely cared about me and my needs.

The management and staff at Abberly Pointe are professional and responsive. Brian arrived at the appointed time, and completed the repair in good order.

Brian in maintenance deserves an A+. He made a few minimal repairs with dispatch and good humor. I am very pleased that he is installing two grab bars in my tub for ultimate safety.

Repair was completed the day I notified the front office. Brian was friendly and efficient in repairing my very noisy toilet. He noticed a cracked outlet cover and replaced it while he was there.

She's concerned about the residents, since she's been here, she's made many improvements to make Abberly Pointe a place like home. The work orders I put in were completed satisfactorily and he even went the extra mile before he left and fixed the difficult front door deadbolt that we had without a work order. Thanks so much!

I requested service with Laura and Cali and Chris was at our apartment the next day. We had three items that needed corrected. They were taken care of in less than an hour and Chris was in and out without us hardly knowing he was there. The service was great.

Brian and Chris have been great. They always take time to answer questions if I have one. They are a couple of wonderful employees to interact with.

Within 15 minutes of calling after 5:00 Chris was knocking on my door and fixed the problem. I am amazed how quickly your maintenance people and office people respond! Great job!!

Charles was the maintenance personnel that returned my call on Fri and came to assess the noise from freezer. I was worried it would burn out. He was very helpful and returned promptly Sat am and completed the service. I must add that both he and Brian have been extremely prompt and courteous. I could not have been happier with the repair work.

The staff here is awesome they will help you with anything. The ladies in the front will always greet you with a smile and treat you like family. Any issues you have are handled quickly and fixed the same day. If you have any issues paying rent or paying anything they will always help you find a way to help you with your issue. I am very pleased with this property and everything that goes on here and I would recommend this place to anyone and I'm happy I have the chance to live here.

The office and maintenance staff at the Abberly Pointe apartments were very professional, courteous, and expedient. I was at ease when staying in my apartment home. I even received expedient same day assistance for a fire alarm issue the day I was released from the hospital and couldn't leave the couch. Very satisfied resident.

Brian did a fantastic job making the apartment cool. it was so hot at one point that the thermostat wasn't even registering a number, all it had on it was "HI' as the temperature. I don't even think Brian took a lunch break because he was so busy repairing/replacing materials needed to cool the apartment. the apartment is finally starting to cool down now and i am so grateful! thank you!!! :D

Moving into Abberly Pointe was an easy decision to make as there are no better apartment complexes in Beaufort County...I know we checked them all. In addition, from the moment we met the staff and took our first tour we could tell this was going to be home for us.
