We Want To Know! Your Opinion Matters!

We are grateful to have such wonderful residents and we want to make sure that we are living up to your expectations. Let your voice be heard by taking a few moments to complete a short survey sent from our partner, J Turner Research. These will be randomly emailed throughout your stay with us. We thank you in advance for helping us get better at making your days shine.

Beaufort County Library needs your input

Beaufort County Library needs your input on ways to provide successful outreach within the community. Please take a few moments to complete this survey.

Courtesy Reminders

  • Please respect your neighbors. Our quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
  • If depositing a cardboard box in our recyclable station by our trash compactor, please break down the boxes. This will help create space and maintain the area.

Do not dispose of your large bulky items in the compactor. Disposing of such items actually causes our compactor to either jam or burn the motor causing garbage back up that is very unsightly. You can dispose of them at our local waste/recycling convenience center located at 130 Castle Rock Road, open 7:30am-7pm closed on Wednesdays. This is less than a mile from the community. Thank you so much for your cooperation.

Vending Machine

Have you heard? We now have a vending machine in our business center! Come in and enjoy a light snack when playing or browsing the internet.

Pool Reminders

  • Our pool hours are from 10am to 10pm.
  • There are no pets allowed in the pool area.
  • No glass containers or bottles are allowed.
  • Two guests per apartment are allowed unless approved my management.
  • All guests must be accompanied by a leaseholder.
  • Please practice courtesy at our grill stations. Turn off gas and limit usage if people are waiting.

If you are in violation of pool rules privileges may be revoked and fines will be assessed. Please be thoughtful of residents that live around our pool area and keep the volume to a respectful level.

Maintenance Tip

You already know that you should clean out your lint trap after each load of laundry. But you also need to clean the vent that directs excess hot air outside your home about once a year. If you don’t, you’re creating a fire hazard (talk about hot!) and some air that should be directed outside may instead blow back inside.

Cleaning your vent is an easy process. Here’s how to do it:

  • Unplug the dryer and pull it away from the wall.
  • Loosen the clamp that attaches the vent to the dryer and pull the vent away.
  • Use the hose attachment on your vacuum cleaner to suck up the excess lint and debris that’s collected in the vent.
  • Reconnect everything.

Clubhouse Reservations!

Planning a party or get together and have no idea where to have it? How about our clubhouse? We now are offering residents the chance to rent out the clubhouse for private events.

For rental rates, call or text the office at 843-379-5110!
